Shoham Logistics Ltd ("sendbox," "we," "us," or "our") acts as an intermediary platform that offers reselling of shipping services and shipping rates from various courier companies. We facilitate the booking and payment process for shipping services but do not physically handle, transport, or deliver shipments.

Our platform connects users with established courier service providers and presents competitive shipping rates based on real-time data. We are not a carrier ourselves and do not assume carrier responsibilities.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your shipments including weight, dimensions, contents, and destination
• Comply with all applicable international, national, and local laws and regulations
• Adhere to courier company policies and terms of service
• Not ship any prohibited or restricted items as defined by courier companies and applicable law
• Properly package items to prevent damage during transit
• Ensure that you have the legal right to ship all items in your shipment
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documentation

• Rate Estimates: Shipping rates listed on our platform are estimates based on the information you provide and courier pricing at the time of booking. Final rates may vary based on actual package dimensions, weight, and destination.
• Payment: Payment for booked shipments must be made in full prior to shipment processing. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Service Fees: Our platform may charge service fees, handling fees, or markup on shipping rates. All fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout before payment.
• Price Changes: Prices and availability of shipping services are subject to change without notice due to carrier rate adjustments, fuel surcharges, or other factors.
• Currency: All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to applicable conversion rates and fees.

You must not ship any items that are prohibited or restricted by courier companies, international shipping regulations, or applicable law.

• Carrier Liability: Once a shipment is accepted by the courier company, all liability transfers to the courier company.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee delivery times, package condition, or successful delivery.
• Insurance: Users are strongly encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for valuable shipments.
• Claims Process: In the event of loss, damage, or delay, users must contact the courier company directly.
• Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed the service fees paid for the specific shipment.

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by courier companies and are not guaranteed.
• No Liability for Delays: Shoham Logistics Ltd is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
• Delivery Address: Users must ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete.
• Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and fees.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies are subject to the courier companies' terms. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• Service Fees: Service fees, handling fees, and platform charges are generally non-refundable.
• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

All content, materials, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our platform are the property of Shoham Logistics Ltd or its licensors.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Cyprus and EU data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Right to Amend: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Limassol, Cyprus.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In case of translation, the English version shall prevail.
